The SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP certification is created by the largest HR professional community on the planet, “The Society for Human Resource Management,” which unites over 300,000 HR-specialists in 165 countries.


SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP certification is a global educational product of the highest class. The package includes a training program, an online system, online testing, and professional content based on competencies and practices.


Since July 2015, HR PRO Association (hrpro.ua) has been a partner of SHRM and the program provider in Ukraine.

Preparation Program Stages and Certification Process:

  1. The candidate fills out a special registration form.
  2. The SHRM legal department conducts a candidate check for program eligibility.
  3. Approved candidates pay for the program. The total price includes: the cost of printed and digital training materials; access to the online learning system for 18 months.
  4. HR PRO connects the student to the online system and ensures the receipt of printed training materials.
  5. The student studies the materials and works with the online training system.
  6. The student undergoes an intensive online course.
  7. The student determines the optimal period (window) for taking the exam and registers for the exam.
  8. The student takes the online exam. The exam fee is paid separately.

There are 2 exam windows during which the exam can be taken – winter and spring.

Program Cost: $2,685 USD

Payment by private individuals: $2,485 USD (from a private individual)

Exam fee: SP $595 USD, SCP $695 USD.

SHRM membership provides access to a vast amount of professional information, work tools, and research results.
